Shipping
We offer free ground shipping on domestic orders of £15 or more. Order less than £15 have a shipping fee of £1.50 per order. Orders placed by 5 p.m. GMT are shipped same day. Any high-risk orders will be held until our team investigates. Please make sure your billing and shipping information are 100% correct and match the card you wish to use.
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update. Your order should arrive within 3 - 5 working days.
Items shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, which are included in the total cost of your order. Taxes and/or additional charges are not collected currently at checkout and will be charged by your local customs authorities upon goods arrival.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
StriVectin cannot ship out replacement packages.
International shipping is £0, not including taxes and duties. Duties are paid separately at checkout. Taxes will be charged by your local authorities upon arrival.
