Loyalty Program

Better Perks Are in the Works. We're updating our InnerCircle loyalty program to bring you a more positive experience. At this time, you will be unable to earn or redeem points, but rest assured, the points you have already accrued will be available in your account once the new program launches. 

InnerCircle Rewards is the loyalty program for This program allows you to earn points for making purchases at Points earned can be redeemed for free products and discounts towards future purchases.

If you are already a Strivectin site account holder, you have been enrolled in our loyalty program automatically! If not, visit our InnerCircle page to enroll. To earn and spend your points, please be sure you are logged in when you place your Strivectin orders or use the email address associated with your account.

There is no fee to join.

Joining is so easy. All you need to do is create an account here and you’ll be automatically enrolled. If you have an active account with us, you’re already in!  

You can earn points in a number of ways. Receive 1 point for every pound spent on eligible purchases (excluding discounts, taxes, shipping and returns). Additionally, earn points by completing account set up, social media actions, reviewing products and referring friends. Please visit the InnerCircle page to learn about our benefit tiers.

Merchandise purchased on or through StriVectin Customer Care, excluding discounts, taxes, shipping and returns, is eligible to be counted as StriVectin InnerCircle purchases. Please remember to sign in to your StriVectin account when making a purchase. When ordering via phone, you will be asked for name, address, phone number or email address to identify you as a StriVectin customer and as an InnerCircle member. 

When you purchase through as a guest user, your purchase will still be counted toward your StriVectin InnerCircle account if you are using the same email address that is associated with your InnerCircle account. Once you sign in to an account with this email address you can access these points. 

 You will not see points immediately reflected in your account after making a purchase. Points are only rewarded once your order ships and a tracking number is received.

Purchases made at department stores, specialty retail locations or any third-party websites other than do not qualify for points earned towards your StriVectin InnerCircle rewards.

Customers who checkout as guests will still receive points for their purchases. The points associated with the email address will be used at checkout. These points can be accessed in two ways: 1) When you are signed into your InnerCircle account or 2) When you create an account with the corresponding email address.

Referring a friend is easy. Simply enter your friend’s email here or share the referral link via Facebook or sms. You will receive a confirmation email once your friend successfully clicks on a code and makes a purchase. 300 points (or 15GBP) will be added to your InnerCircle account almost immediately. 

First of all, happy birthday! If you did not receive a birthday offer in the month of your birthday, it is probably because we don't have your date of birth saved.

To add your birthday, go to the InnerCircle page and submit your birthday through the birthday campaign. Make sure to enter a date at least one month before your birthday.

Points for completing all action-based campaigns should happen almost immediately. Please allow up to 24 hours before contacting for further investigation. 

Great news! You have 2 years to use your points. Unused InnerCircle points expire after 2 years of inactivity (if you neither earned or redeemed your points).

Bright status is earned immediately upon signing up for InnerCircle. It’s absolutely free! To reach Glowing status and enjoy its benefits, you will need to spend £200. Once you enter Glowing status you will have 1-year window to spend another £200 to keep your Glowing status and its perks. If you spend £500 you will then enter Radiant status and have 12 months to spend another £500 to sustain your Radiant status. Please visit the InnerCircle page to learn more about all benefits.

When you are logged in, you can view your point balance on both the InnerCircle page and your Account page.

Once a product is refunded, your points accrued from that purchase will automatically be deducted for the correct amount. This adjustment will be reflected in your point balance.

To redeem earned points, visit the InnerCircle Page. Select which reward you would like to redeem by clicking "Get Reward." Once the reward has been redeemed, you will receive a voucher code that can be applied at checkout to get a money-off discount or a free product. If a free product is redeemed, you will need click "view product" on the redemption page, add the product to your cart and use your voucher code once at checkout. The respective points will be removed from your account once you redeem them.

Please note that InnerCircle points cannot be combined with other promotions and used on previous orders.
