All of our products are vegan except for our Hydration Multiplier Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Crepe Control Brighten, Firming Hand Cream, and Crepe Control™ Tightening Body Cream, Tri-Phase Daily Glow Toner, and our Volumizing Hand Cream. Both our Tri-Phase Daily Glow Toner and Volumizing Hand Cream products contain honey.

Yes, our products are suitable for a wide range of ages and we have products that address fine lines and wrinkles. We generally recommend our Multi-Action and Advanced Acids for our younger consumer as they target early signs of ageing. We recommend using the products as directed in our instructions. All StriVectin products go through rigorous RIPT testing, which is patch testing, to establish that they minimise the risk of allergenic reactions and/or skin irritation on a target consumer population. We are not responsible for allergic reactions caused by the misuse of our product.

Many of our products do NOT contain ingredients derived from commonly known sources of gluten, wheat, nuts, and soy. However, due to the wide range of raw materials and equipment used during the manufacturing of our products, we cannot confirm that our products are free from any traces of these substances. If you have specific questions or concerns regarding these substances, and the ingredients contained in our formulas, please consult your doctor.

Due to the chance of there being even trace elements of gluten in our products, we can’t claim any products to be gluten-free. If we can help you with anything else, please let us know.

The processing time for orders is 48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United Kingdom is 3 - 7 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed.

We try to get to orders as quickly as we receive them and in most cases fulfill orders within 2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed during peak periods. We aim to despatch orders placed before 5pm Monday - Friday on the same day. Fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as after/during product launches, holidays and special promotions. Any high-risk orders will be held until our team investigates. Please make sure your billing and shipping information are 100% correct and match the card you wish to use. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Orders of £15 or more have complimentary shipping, while orders under £15 have a shipping fee of £1.50.

Yes, StriVectin products are for all skin types and tones. StriVectin products contain NIA-114™, a proprietary ingredient designed to strengthen the skin barrier, which allows our key ingredients to work most effectively without irritation - even on sensitive skin. They are also non-comedogenic, so it is safe to use on problem-prone skin. Individual results may vary; therefore, we recommend testing a small patch on the arm prior to product application on the face.
